Very reliable called for delivery and they were there within a couple hours. Customer service is great always very cheerful when you call. I highly recommend Bain Oil for all your heating and cooling needs.

My father knew Carson Bain for many years. As soon as he and mom bought a house in 1966, Bain Oil was the first call. Now I live in the same house. We are still with Bain. Bain has the greatest service techs! They are personable, know their job and help you understand your HVAC system. They have come out in freezing temperatures as well as a sweltering Summer day to replace my A/C unit! Bain will always be our family provider!

Bain came out last summer and replaced our really old HVAC system at the office. As always we had a couple of glitches to work out and they stayed until we were 100% happy with the system. The Bain guys worked really well with our folks, price was dead on and they got it done fast (as we were really hot that was important.

Bain came out today on a service call at my home (David) and earned that business as well. The company we had service contract with could not get out for several days and wanted to charge us for the service call. Bain was out w/in 24 hours of my request and had the problem identified and fixed in 20 min. This is the kind of service that earns loyalty thank you Bain!

I want to commend Bain for your outstanding service and especially your serviceman David. I had been without air conditioning for four days. When I called you, I was referred to Meghan who was very courteous and helpful. David the serviceman went beyond what he needed to do and located the problem. You guys are great as always! Quick delivery turn around and the guys are nice.  But we look forward to getting our Bain Norman Rockwell calendar every year and it was really disappointing not to get one this delivery.

Above and Beyond

It’s one thing to do the work you’re getting paid to do, but another to take time to help  people in need unrelated to that job.  While working on Timberlake Dr. in High Point last week, a new driver accidentally drove my vehicle into a tree, shrub, and the side of his house across from where two Bain employees were working.  They immediately came over once they heard the impact, and used a saw to help dislodge the vehicle from a large shrub. The whole thing took probably 10 min, so they didn’t abandon their work assignment, but  if not for their support, would have made a very traumatic incident far worse than it was.  I just want to thank them both very much (don’t know their names), and to tell Bain that they have two employees with great character and integrity.  These two men made all the difference in our lives that day.

We woke to no heat and the inside temperature a cool 61 degrees this morning. Upon calling Bain and requesting Don, he arrived shortly thereafter and had the house warm again in no time. We have had him for many years servicing our a/c and furnace.  To us he is not just an employee of Bain but a friend as well. I am sure all the service people at Bain are good at their jobs. We just happen to believe Don to be the best.

I want to commend our service from Morgen.  Our AC went out and we placed a weekend service call.  Morgan returned out call and was at our home within an hour.  He was very professional in his assessment of the repairs required.  Morgan was able to make the necessary repairs and offer suggestions for improvements.  We are very satisfied by his competent repairs and friendly approach.  Morgan is a real super star.  We were very satisfied with his repairs and he is an asset to your company.  Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bain for being there for us.

This is the second time we have used Bain in the last couple of months. Based on the exceptional service the first time we asked them to maintain our heat/air for the next 12 months and the young man who came today and did the work was again super professional, enthusiastic, informative and knowledgeable. Outstanding company to do business with. This is an old school company that really knows how business should be done. I have being buying oil from Bain for several years and have always had great service. When they tell you a time for delivery they are there very close to that time. I just used the burner repair service for the first time. Awesome sums it up. He was here right on the scheduled time and took less than an hour to do an outstanding job. Keep up the great work and please don't change a thing. Bain reminds me of how business was done when I was growing up.

I had some hesitation buying an older home with oil heat, but it just seemed to be the right fit for us. After a few months we decided to look into this oil business and also discuss the water tanks as well as the air conditioning. Don Inman came to take a look and come to find out he had been servicing this house for over 20 years. He was very accomidating, listened to and answered all our questions and by the end, we purchased a service contract. We figured if he had been servicing this house for that long, why quit now. I can't say enough about his kindness, the way he listened and answered my many questions. In my opinion, he was the best choice they could have ever sent over to the house today and if anyone else shows up in the future, I would probably not let them do the job, but wait for Don instead. I think that no one could go wrong with Bain Heating and Oil. Thanks for taking care of us today!

Our upstairs air conditioning woke us up this morning blowing warm air; Not how you start a good day. We contacted Bain Heating and Air, and they had a technician, James Wilson, at our house the same day to fix the problem. The system is blowing cold air again, at a fair price. We couldn't have asked for better service. We would highly recommend Bain for air conditioning repairs and service based on our experience with them today.

I had a very bad experience with Qxxxxxx Oil, searched online for a different oil company and bumped into Bain. After reading the reviews and history of Bain, I decided to give it a try and I was very happy about the decision. Bain does not set any minimum delivery for same day service. And their re-starting furnace fee is very reasonable at only $20, compared to the high $100 charged by other companies. When I called to order oil delivery, I forgot to mention that I needed the furnace to be restarted (my fault, I thought it was automatically included). Otherwise the fee would be even lower. ... Today, two days later, I have already referred my sister to Bain for her need to install a heap pump.

My thermostat went out suddenly today and I had no heat. Brrrr. I called BAIN Heating & Air. Within the hour, they sent Richard to the rescue! Richard quickly determined that I needed a new breaker and replaced it. Since I was a Service Agreement customer I got a nice discount on both the part and the diagnostic fee. Just like that I was up and running again! I wouldn't ever consider using anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend you call Bain. I have used them several times and always had prompt, polite and professional service. If you want it done right, call Bain!

We moved into our first home last year and didn't know what to do when our AC wouldn't cool one day. Angie's list pointed me in Bain's direction and everything has been great. Todd has come out twice (cleaned unit, then replaced fan capacitor) with the latter being on a SUNDAY. Both times he has been very professional and personal while knowing exactly what to do and had our AC working very quickly. He had no complaints showing up on Sunday even though I felt really bad requesting it. I will recommend Bain and especially Todd to anyone in the Triad area.
